We generally ship worldwide with DHL, UPS and other service providers. We decide which one we use in each specific case depending on the product and the destination country. The shipping costs incurred are displayed in the checkout. For the sake of clarity, we also list them on this page. You can find the standard shipping costs in the list below.
To some countries, imports can only take place if the customs documents are filled in the local language. Unfortunately, at the moment we can only do this in English and German. Because of this reason we will limit the list of countries to which we ship physical products.
For items that exceed a certain weight or dimensions, we charge a surcharge for bulky goods in addition to the stated shipping costs per item and delivery address. This is indicated separately on the respective product page.

Limitations
- At the moment, the automatic calculation only includes our standard products as well as the countries of the European Union and some beyond. We will expand this in the future. Until then, please ask for your country if it is not yet included in the list.
- We can only export to some countries if the customs documents have been completed in the national language. Unfortunately, we can currently only do this in German and English. We are also working on solutions for this in the future.

Duties, taxes and other additonal costs
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Some products are shipped from outside Europe. Therefore, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but have to be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Processing and delivery times
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product.
- Usage rights agreements and digital products are available shortly after purchase.
- Orders of finished physical products (originals, limited editions, merchandise, etc.) are processed within three working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding national or regional holidays in Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia).
- The creation of individually ordered works or products depends on the respective offer.
- Total delivery times depend on the country to which delivery is made. See the list of countries we ship to above.
